Our enrollment process is designed to ensure a perfect fit for every scholar. Here is what to expect:

1. Immediate Confirmation: You will receive an automated copy of your application responses via email for your records.

2. Personal Consultation: Our Director will reach out to you for a discovery phone call to discuss your child’s goals, interests, and any specific academic needs.

3. Facility Visit: We invite all new families to tour our academy. This is a great opportunity for your child to see the space and for you to meet our mentors in person.

4. Official Welcome: Once a fit is confirmed, you will receive an Official Welcome Email and a Tuition Invoice to secure your spot.
