Information you provide

The website has an enrollment and tour inquiry form but no accounts or comments. If you contact ElementX by phone or email, or submit the form, we receive the information you choose to provide. The current form asks for a parent or guardian’s name, email, and phone number; a student’s name and grade; program interests; the student’s school if you are asking about pick-up; and preferred tour timing. Do not include sensitive information that is not needed for your inquiry.

Please have a parent or legal guardian provide information about a student. Share only information that is relevant to your inquiry or enrollment.

How we use information

ElementX uses the information families provide to answer questions, discuss programs, consider enrollment, coordinate schedules and services, support student safety, communicate with families, and meet legal or operational obligations.

Forms and other services

The website uses a custom ElementX form. Google Apps Script processes each submission and sends it to the Enrollment & Tours Google Form, with responses stored in its linked Google Sheets spreadsheet so ElementX can follow up. Google processes information under its own terms and privacy practices. The website also links to Google Maps for directions. ElementX does not control those services or their privacy practices.

Website and device information

This informational website does not currently use advertising pixels or analytics scripts. The service that hosts the website may process basic technical information, such as a device’s IP address, browser, and requested page, to deliver and protect the site.

When information may be shared

ElementX may share information with service providers that help deliver forms, store responses, provide communications, host the website, or support academy programs, and when disclosure is required to comply with law or protect someone’s safety. We do not sell family or student information or use it for third-party targeted advertising.

Children’s information

Our website is written for parents and guardians. Children should not submit personal information through the website or its forms on their own. A parent or guardian should complete inquiries and enrollment forms that include student information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information without a parent’s involvement, contact us so we can review the request.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to families, administer programs, maintain appropriate records, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards for information in our care. No website, email, form, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and requests

You may contact us to ask about personal information you have provided or to request that it be corrected or deleted. Rights available under California or other privacy laws depend on the law’s requirements and applicability. We will review and respond to requests as required by applicable law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our website or practices change. The effective date above shows when this version was last revised.
